Baby Escutia Obituary

Baby Rodrigo Escutia, six weeks old, of Union Point, Georgia died Thursday, December 24, 2009. Born in Athens, Georgia on November 5, 2009, he was the son of Rodrigo Escutia-Quiroz and Ana Cecilia Torres de Leon of Union Point, Georgia.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sisters, Cindy Coral Escutia and Kimberly Dalila Escutia of Union Point, Georgia; paternal grandparents, Jose Gonzalo Escutia of Eatonton, Georgia and Maria Quiroz Nievez of Union Point, Georgia; maternal grandparents, Bertha Hernandez Gomez and Salvador Torres Rivera of Coahvila, Mexico; and many other relatives.

Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, December 27, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at Christ Our King and Savior Catholic Church with Father G. Philip Ryan officiating. Interment will follow at Greenview Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 12:00 noon to 1:30 p.m. at McCommons Funeral Home. McCommons Funeral Home, 109 W.
