Adam Woods Obituary

Adam Wesley Woods, age 33, of Greensboro, GA, died Friday, February 1, 2008 in Eutaw, AL in an accident. He was born at Eglin Air Force Base in Okaloosa County, FL on October 26, 1974 to Carl Randell Woods and Kathy Elizabeth Wooten. He graduated from Good Hope High School in Cullman, AL. For the last ten years he had driven for United Parcel Service out of the Atlanta Terminal. He loved spending time with his family traveling and especially enjoyed camping. They recently moved to Greensboro where they had just built a new home on Lake Oconee.

He is survived by his wife, Susan Diane Woods, of Greensboro, GA, two sons David Nix of Greensboro, GA; Daniel Nix, his wife Victoria Nix and granddaughter Hayley Nix of Dawsonville, GA. His mother and stepfather, Kathy and David Leatherman of Cullman, AL; his father and stepmother, Carl Randell Woods and wife Sheila of Hernando, MS; a brother, Daniel Woods and wife Niki of Cullman, AL. He is also survived by grandparents Roy and Freda Wooten of Cullman, AL, along with a number of other relatives and friends.
