It was only a short time that I got to know Mr. Norm, we had many talks and many laughs and he had a tremendous impact on my life.  It is an honor to be one of his pall bearers and I shall do this with pride and love in my heart.

Joan and Norm were an important part of our mutual beginnings at Reynolds.  We were a part of a small, fun group who played many rounds of golf together, and enjoyed many breakfasts, lunches and dinners at the Plantation or Great Waters clubhouses.  They were the only golf courses, restaurants way back then.   We were blessed to have known Joan and Norm for so many years.   Our deepest sympathy to the family of Joan and Norm.  Two gracious members of our "originals" club.  Phyllis and Tom Clement

So sorry to hear about Norm.  Ed was in the Blais Group way back when it started, and Norm got him involved in the fire department not long after we moved here 19 years ago. Norm was a nice, sweet man.  Ann & Ed Goff30

Norm and Joan welcomes us with open arms when we moved to Reynolds and became their neighbor at White Oak Walk. The fact that he had from work experience with Germans may have helped build a very friendly day relation.
I also had the pleasure to see his computer work when he designed the pledging and giving program for a charitable organization here in Greensboro.

We will miss meeting him and his dog Daisy when making our morning walks.

I am so sorry for your loss.
I met Norm in 1984 while he was president of CPC Engineering in Sturbridge, MA and I was a draftsman.  After a particularly long week of creating drawings for a Waste to Energy presentation, Norm told me "take you girlfriend out to dinner for all your hard work and time away from her...and bring me the bill."  My wife and I still remember that meal and Norm fondly.
