Jewell, Rhonda & deepest sympathies for your loss.  I'm sure mom and dad met Bob at the pearly gates and they are just now having cocktails while they are waiting for diner to come out of the oven.

Both Lina and Glenn share wonderful memories with Uncle Bob, Aunt Jewell, Rhonda and family. Glenn has many years of wonderful memories of Christmas with Uncle Bob at Grand Mamma’s. Christmas really did not start until they arrived from Chicago. Firecrackers, hunting, fishing, cookouts and fixing things around Grand Mamma’s. Wish we could do it all again and again and over and over. We love Uncle Bob and we will miss Uncle Bob.

What started out as a business relationship more than 20 years ago quickly turned into loving and caring friendship with Bob and Jewell.  Always the gracious hosts, whether at home or on the golf course, I will forever have fond memories of our times together.  Watching Bob laugh and sharing in his laughter was always a highlight of our times spent together.  While our in-person visits have been few over the past several years, our calls, letters and emails always meant so much to me.  I grieve for the lovely and wonderful Jewell and Rhonda, and for everyone that Bob touched with his love, friendship and generosity.  There aren't many like him, and I will miss him forever.

What an amazing life your Dad had Rhonda.  We always enjoyed seeing your parents visit next door and at the dance recitals.  Now reading the history I know why you were so proud of him.  We are thinking of you and your mom during this difficult time.  I am so glad you have these amazing memories to comfort you.  May you also feel the arms of the communitiy of friends around you now.
