My sincere condolences to the entire family. I knew her as Mrs. Brooks, and she was one of my teachers, I think 5th grade. I can remember her telling our class about Alaska, and it was just fascinating. She was a sweet, beautiful lady, and had such a distinguished life, especially her teaching. She will long be remembered by so many students and other friends. She made a difference in children's lives. May God bless you all in a special way during this time.

I enjoyed teaching with Granny Gunn at NGA. We bonded when she informed me that my aunt, Dorothy Moore, had been her roommate at Bessie Tift. I missed her when she left us from school and never pass by her room that I don't smile. She will have those little angels in Heaven drawing Picasso! Sympathies to all of us for our loss! Tommi Ward

Bobby,Faye, Robert, Donna, Ben and family. I had the true honor of getting to know and love Ms. Gunn on her MANY visit's to Boswell Parker to visit with Robert. She told me that she was so lucky to have such a great family and friends. She told me one day that she was glad to have a friend like me and she just did not know that I was the lucky one. She was in deed a wonderful person and teacher. She taught a number of Brian's sisters and brothers and they all admire her. I know that she is in heaven reading a book or teach an art class to the angels. I will truly miss her. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great grandmother(GG). GG will be greatly missed by all that knew her. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. If you should ever need anything you know where to find me. May God Bless and keep you all during the days to come. Love, Paige, Brian, Justin, and Phillip Hubbard
