Miss Lenora, So sorry to hear of Mr. George's death. I remember so many years ago what a good neighbor you all were to my Mama, Nora Bryan. She thought so much of you. You and the family will be in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless. Love, Carolyn Bryan Taylor

Miss Lenora, George Jr. and Carol, I did not know about Mr. George's funeral until Sunday morning and my deepest sympathy goes to each of you. In the years that we were neighbors, I never had to worry when Lanis and Mary were outside playing. Although Catherine (our housekeeper) was always a step behind them, Mr. George was always outside watching out after them too. I can still hear him saying "Boy--meaning Lanis--here comes a car!" Wellington Puritan was in operation then and our street was used by many cars traveling to and from work there. He always bragged about what he received for Christmas from his family and always wanted to know what Santa brought Lanis and Mary. I don't know who enjoyed Christmas at the Adams the most--him or Ronnie Higdon. Please accept our sincerest and deepest sympathy. Melvin and Linda Bone
