I want to extend my deepest sympathy to the Channell family in their time of loss. I graduated in the Greensboro High School Class of 1964. Mrs. Channell taught me to do math, taught me to love math, and made a very positive impact on my life. Though I have not seen her in all these years since, I have never forgotten her. I remember her as a great teacher, but more than that, as a wonderful person. I have always been thankful that she was part of my life.

I'd like to send my sympathies and condolences to the family of Mrs. Channell. She taught me algebra/trigonometry my senior year(1964) at Greensboro High. She was a very good and devoted teacher and a very sweet person.

Mrs. Channell was always one of my favorite teachers. Her endearing personally and caring spirit will always be remebered by me and, I am sure, all of the students whose lives she touched. She will be missed.
