Roddy and I were so very sorry to hear of Barbara's passing. She was always known as "Bobbie" when I worked with her at Minnie G. back in the 70's. She was a great nurse and co-worker and helped me a lot as a young nurse. I have such fond memories of our time at the hospital. You all are in our thoughts and prayers.

Dawn & families,

So sorry to hear about Barbara. She was a great person and loved all of us kids as we grew up. I can remember as a kid riding my bike from Aunt Irene's house to the church and dying of thirst and she gave me a drink of water before heading back. Just know that each and every one of you are in our thoughts and prayers.

So sorry to hear of Barbara's passing. I will always have a very special place in my heart for Barbara as she delivered my youngest child Jill when another nurse did not let the Doctor know in time. I worked in the office at Minnie G. Boswell the same time Barbara was a nurse and each year I would call down to the Nurse's station and ask for Barbara and I would say to her" Barbara do you know what day this is?" and she would answer yes, this is Jill's birthday. She was truly a great nurse and a wonderful person and will truly be missed by all family and friends.

For several days before she passed I was thinking about Barbara.
She was so pretty and everyone was glad to see her at MGB.
I enjoyed the video. She was a year older than I am and looking
back at her pictures made me remember the styles and hair dos
of our young years.
