Some of my happiest memories as a child center around visiting your home and time spent with Aunt Gladys. She brought joy, friendship and love to my parents when they returned to Georgia, and always seemed to me to be the perfect Christian southern lady. She was a wonderful person and will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Your cousin,
Karen

Wilma thank you so much for letting me know about your mom. Both of our moms had a good time at Greene Point. They were at a stage in their lives where they were like silly girls walking around holding hands and sharing secrets. So many times when I walked in to see momma I would see them together I would ask them what they had been up to and they would just smile. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.

Dear Paula, Wilma and Kelly, I am so sorry to hear of your Mama's death. She was such a kind, generous and loving lady. She will be greatly missed, I am sure, but I am certain that there is great rejoicing in heaven with Miss Gladys joining Mr. Wilson, Albert and Keith. Your family has always been very special to our family for a whole lot of years! May you find comfort in all of the wonderful memories that you have. You will be in my thoughts and prayers in the coming days. Sending much love, Susan

“Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all. Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting;but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised. Honor her for all that her hands have done, and let her works bring her praise at the city gate." Proverbs 31:29-31

Gran-Gran/Great Gladys: You are the truest example of humility and Proverbs 31 we know. Having that example and all the memories of how you added so much to our lives and this world is a gift that will live on. Words are inadequate to describe such an incredible lady, and everyone who knew you knows exactly what a treasure you are. Thank you for everything. We love you!
