Herb and I are saddened to hear of Lisa's passing. We were fortunate enough to purchase land from Lennie and Lisa and then their house after Lennie died. We were disappointed not the have seen Lisa after she moved to the mountains but very much enjoyed she and Lennie while living here on Highway 15. Our thoughts and prayers are with you the family.

GodBless Her, May She Rest in Peace !!

Alisa and Lennie were so wonderful people for the youth of the area and school.

I've told nice stories many times about Lennie driving us to ball games over the years and Mr. Charles sitting right up in front. One night Lennie had to work to cover for one of his brothers & Mr. Charles asked me 'if' I could drive the bus and I said yes, I was licensed & already been driving pulpwood trucks. He tried telling me how to drive all the way to Madison & back....
My sympathy to Peggy, Bobby & family.

I did not know Lisa personally but I heard my mother and father speak of her and Mr. Lennie numerous times. My father--Lanis Strickland---and Mr. Lennie drove school buses for Greene County and I can see them now---standing by the buses in front of the school talking while they waited for school to dismiss. After my mother passed away in 2013, I found several rememberance cards sent to her by Mrs Channell. My mother thought a lot of her and would be very sad.
