Dear Janet and Glenn,
We are so sad when my sister, Chris Wall, called tonight to tell us of the passing of your dear mother and our sweet cousin. I did not realize that she was ill. She and I used to e-mail, but somehow that didn't continue in recent years. As a little girl, I always looked up to Mary Anna as a role model, as I always respected and admired and loved her. Our location in Hodgenville, KY, is too far to allow us to be with you on Tuesday, but please know that we are praying for you. May the Holy Spirit be your Comforter and give you strength and wisdom and a "peace that passes all understanding. I love this beautiful photo of her that you have used; she looks so much like Aunt Gladys. God bless you.

Janet and Glenn,
I am so sad to hear of aunt Mary Anna's passing.
I will always remember what a sweet and loving person she was. I know how much she loved her family. I remember the trips we made to Greensboro with mama and daddy (Charlie and Louise Wray). It was always so much fun to stop by and visit. I always looked forward to it.
Please know that my sincere thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
I hope you will find comfort in the loving memories you have of such a special mother.
She was truly devoted to her family.
Love,
Susan

We extend our deepest simpathies to all of the immediate family of Mary Anna. Her mother, Gladys & my mother Jewell were sisters. Also, my dad, Newell, Sr. was 2nd cousin to Uncle Sammy. Sorry we were not able to be there with you all. We can all be comforted knowing she is with our Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ in Heaven, which we all strive for when we leave this earth.

With much love to all,
Jim & Lanette
