Carlene,Dorris,Hoyt and family, I was so sad to hear about Mrs. Lindsey's passing. She was one of my first patients and I was always glad to see her. She was sweet and loving and always had a beautiful smile. I know you all will miss her dearly. You are in my prayers.

I'm so very, very sorry for all of you alls lost. Mrs. Lindsey was a very, very loving, caring, sweet and kind woman. I don't think I have a memory where she wasn't in it. Her grandchild and all the kids played at here since very young ages. She tried to feed all of us and she never could understand why I hated peanut butter. She loved her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren more than anything. I was so blessed to be able to look after her at the nursing home for over 4 years. I was so happy to spend that time with her and to see that smile that could light up the world. I know Heaven gain an angel today because was an angel where on earth. She got her wings today as she entered Heaven and I know she was running the streets of gold until she found her mansion that she so deserved.

You all are my thoughts and prayers. I pray that God gives you the strength, courage, comfort and peace to get through this most difficult time. May God bless you all.

Deepest sympathy to you all,

Paige, Brian, Justin, and Phillip(young-un) Hubbard

I am heartbroken. Haven't been back to greenboro in 10years or so. I do miss you Grandma. Tried to get a flight on short notice from Arizona but impossible. I hope everyone in the huge Lindsey Clan will be ok during this huge loss to our family. I will never forget the card games and you joking around with me. Nor will I forget the "flyswatters" as a kid in the early 1970's when I was acting bad. Love you always Doug Lindsey.

My sincere regrets for the passing of your Mother and my Aunt. I will truly miss her and the times Mama and I went to see her and we would play aggravation and cards and have lunch and or supper together. The stories those two would tell me about from the good old days. I am so glad I took pictures back then.
