I'm sure very sorry to learn of the loss of your Dearlly Loved One. Bobbie was always sure such a lively, friendly and bright person to everyone she met and knew. I was sorry to see her suffering from the hip surgery last time I visited the past Sept.,2010. Bobbie was sure a 'sparkplug' on the G'Boro Hi-School Girls Basketball team when I was a young squirt in 8th & 9th grades and was water-boy, assistant manager to Horace Killum for that team. My Loving Condolences to your family Darrel and to the Allen family, too. Sincerely, Smith Oliver

I am so sorry that I never thanked "Miss" Bobbie, for she truly changed my life. My parents were attending FUMC of Greensboro, but my father would take me to "Miss" Bobbie's house on Sunday mornings. She would drive me to Sunday School with her. I eventually became so involved at First Baptist that my parents joined me. I do not know how it all came about, or why she reached out to me; however, I am so thankful that our Precious Lord laid my name upon her heart.

Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss. I do not know the family but wanted to send words of comfort. I have found that the best comfort comes from God's Word. Jesus Christ said "All those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out." (John 5:28,29) The Bible teaches that those asleep in death will live again. (Acts 24:15) Please allow Jesus' promise to bring comfort, hope, and strength to the family.

Bobbi was always a pleasure to have a have as partner in those days on the course... we laughed more then we birdie". It was a pleasure knowing her and I am so glad our paths crossed not so long ago! I have fun memories of this charming lady... I reget missing the service as I saw it in the paper later. Take care.
