Jim Peters is a member of our church and I wanted to take this opportunity to express my sympathies to his family. Though I didn't know his mother, Jim's integrity and christian testimony speaks very well for his mother.

To all of the Peters Family, We are thinking or you and hold you in our prayers. These may be comforting thoughts. Native American Prayer I give you this one thought to keep... I am with you still I do not sleep. I am a thousand winds that blow, I am the diamond glints on the snow. I am the sunlight on ripened grain, I am the gentle autumn rain. When you awaken in the morning's hush, I am the swift, uplifting rush of quiet birds in circled flight, I am the stars that shine at night. Do not think of me as gone... I am with you each new dawn.

Both your mother and father were very special people. They not only had a big effect on your lives but they had an effect on our also. We were so fortunate to have them as good friends and neighbors. I chose the flag emblem because it reminded me of the flag pole they had on the lake side.
