Brandi and Rusty, We were shocked when we got the call that Kay had passed away. She will be greatly missed. She was such a lovable and wonderful person. I remember when you and Robert were in pre-school together and Rusty and Josh were in school, she was so involved with school. God needed an angel and he got a good one. She will always be in our hearts and memories. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and Rusty in this hard time in your such young lives. Jan and David Hallman, Josh and Robert Holliday

To the family of Kaye Usry Holcomb: I am sadden to learn that Kaye passed away so suddenly. I did not know Kaye, her mother and I played together all the time. Helen was just a few months older than I, Marion was a little younger. My Mother and Helen's Father were sister and brother. Ron and Don came along somewhat later. But by then their family had moved to South GA.. As always we grow up, move away, get married and lead our own lives and lose track of "family" And so it was with Helen and I... I regret that I never got to know Helen's children. Don and I have become reacquainted in the last few years, and I even took my Mother(Pearl Hayes) and brother (Joe Hayes) for a short visit with Marion just last week. So while I do not know you I am still very much sadden that Kaye's life ended so suddenly, and offer you my sincere condolences. I am sorry that I will be unable to attend the service for Kaye...that would at least let me see and get acquainted with some of my "kin" but Ihave a Doctor appoint 3:00 Tuesday Again, my sincere sympathy to the family for your loss of Kaye and I will keep you all in my prayers as you lay her to rest and in the days that follow. May our Heavenly Father be with you and Comfort you in this time of sorrow.

I know that I have been out of touch but there hasn't been a day that has gone by when I don't think of all of my family! I am so sorry I didn't make it up for a visit before this happened. I just want everyone to know that I miss all of you and will try to get in touch with everyone and hope that we can stay in touch. This just shows how short and precious life is.
