I'm so sorry for your loss. Just the small amount of time that I spent with Mr. Fachini made me realize that not only was he a very intelligent person; he was a caring, loving and generous man. He will be missed. Earthly loss but Heavens gain. Gust

Dear Shirley and Family- So sorry to hear of your loss--and mine. Bob was a great friend and co-worker. Wish I could have talked to him one more time but I was late hearing about his illness. I remember the kids fondly from when they were small and wish them well but know it won't be the same without their Dad. May God bless you all.

Dear Shirley and family ~ May the loving grace and compassion of our dear Lord fill your hearts and minds with His everlasting peace. I have such fond memories of "Mr. Fachini" - whether from "hanging out" with Lauren or when our families would gather for holidays, birthdays and/or anniversaries. It brings a huge smile to my face to remember him playing with Regina when we would come to visit. Shirley, you and Bob were such good friends to my parents and me when we lost my sister. I know it meant a lot to my Dad during that initial shock. I know they also really enjoyed spending time with you both in Georgia. I am glad they got to see Bob in February. I will continue to pray for all of you. God's blessing now and always!

Mr. Fachini, I am so very sorry for the illnesses that took over your life and the lives of your family the last few years but am happy that God brought everyone together in such a loving caring way. I'm happy you are with Him now and in peace. I met you and Mrs. Fachini many years ago when Lauren and I were in college. Mrs. Fachini, you are a strong woman and a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother and great-grandmother!! God will be with you through this time of sadness, but will also provide blessed memories of the life you had together. I'm glad you have such a loving family and friends around you and you are fully aware of God's love. My prayers are with you.

Shirly, and all the Fachini Family. It was sad news when we heard of Bob's passing. Bob was a good friend and will be missed. We had some very good times over the 50 plus years I have known him. Our families got closer when we all moved to Naperville and have many fond memories of time spent together at work and play. I know how much he loved his family and how much he was loved. It is not much more a man could ask for.

I was just a child and Uncle Aldo was also Bobby's uncle. I used to work in Uncle Aldo's grocery store with his brother, Martin. I remember Bobby and Shirley as a very attractive young couple. Very much in love. Good people, kind, up, filled with a zest for life. The best. I was 12 or 13 then. I'm 67 now. But I still remember them vividly.
