My Grandmother gave so much to all of us fortunate to know her. She lived her life with love and great compassion - sharing her unabiding faith in Jesus with us all. She took care of her son Morris his entire adult life; years later she was there for her daughter Effie. I will always remember the beautiful sound of her voice when she sang gospel music in church. She was well loved and thankfully at home in the excellent care of our sister Lynn and all family members. She was a little restless the night before - yet immediately calmed down when Lynn played gospel music for her. Now the angels in heaven and family who have passed before her are singing with joy at her arrival. Love you Granny - you're in my heart forever!

Lynn, I was so sorry to hear about your grandmother. I just read it on line. I was at Myrtle Beach last week when she passed away. I hope and pray you are doing ok and to let you know you are in our thoughts and prayers. Take care.
