As I am sure you four know, the Channings have always been an important part of the lives of the Dunhams. Wish I could be there to give you all a hug, and share some of the memories. Opps, guess I should include Jude - I don't think I really know the other spouses.

I was so saddened to see Vivian's obituary in the paper. Jon, Mollie and I lived next door to Bill and Vivian in Niceville. We moved to Cincinnati in 2000, and we just moved back to Destin In November. Bill and Vivian were wonderful neighbors with a wonderful family. They always had great stories about the family.

Our deepest sympathy to Beth, Jude and all the Channing family on the death of your mom. Also, we were unaware that Bill also had passed away. Vi was a good friend and fellow employee at Warren General. We also go back to when she and Bill were good customers at the Seastead Pharmacy. Those were good days. We will always remember with fondness, the retirement party Vi had at her home before moving to Florida. Sorry we never were able to make contact when we also moved to Florida three years ago. She and Bill were wonderful friends and will always have a special place in our hearts and in our prayers.
