Dear Ann, We are so sorry to hear about your mama's passing. She was a very sweet and gentle lady. She use to work with Danny at the Egg Terminal many, many years ago...back in the early 70's when Dan was a baby.I use to take him down there and she would always hold him and get him laughing! I know she will be greatly missed by everyone...I pray that God comforts you and your family during this time. love, Carlene and family.

Ann, so sorry for your loss. I just learned as I read the McCommons website, I would have been there for you if I had known. God be with you and the family. Your mother was truly a fine southern lady. Take care, I will be seeing you soon.

Ann, We did not know that your mother had passed away until I saw the Athens paper Monday night. You and I had been talking at Walmart Friday night and you said that you had put her in the hospital that morning. We are so sorry for your loss and had we known it sooner, we would have called you. If there is anything we can do, call us. Kay and Mike Smith
