He was the best Daddy a little girl could have. I was his oldest daughter, oldest child, and he was my best friend. He didn't have much but he had a BIG HEART that was full of LOVE. He would bend over backards to see us HAPPY. My Heart Aches so much for you DADDY. I want to see you so bad that I pray for God to let me visit you one more time. You were so proud when I gave you your first two grandchildren, Brad and Justin. They always wanted to go to Papa's house so he could let them just do what they wanted to. Brad and Justin loved you so much. Their heart aches for you, too. They love you more than they love Brian and I. They cry and when they see me cry they tell me that it is going to be alright. Then we just cry together. Daddy, our life will NEVER be the same. The void we have can NEVER be filled until we see you again. Till then Daddy we ALL love you and miss you so very much and we will see you again, someday, as your little 2 year old princess, Britney says. GOD BLESS OUR DADDY AND OUR PAPA!

It's been 8 months since the Lord called our daddy home to be with him. We miss him so much! It seems like only yesterday you were taking us to the river to swim or to the fair in Greensboro, or to the hunting land to camp out or sitting by the pool and cooking out. We are so thankful for the memories that you gave us. We will cherish them forever. Our four boys miss you too! You meant the world to them and I know that ALL of your Grandchildren meant the world to you too. Until we meet again, We Love You Papa!!!You are Truly our Hearts!!! Daddy's Girls, (Laura & Michelle)

It has been almost eight months since God called our Papa home. We are still missing you more and more each day. You always took us hunting and fishing when you were well. The camping trips during deer season and the fishing trips to Mr. Rooster's place on Lake Oconee meant more to us than you would ever know. Our precious memories of you will live in our hearts forever. Papa we love you so very much and the day you died our hearts were broken forever. You were our best friend. We will ALWAYS remember YOU and keep you in our hearts. GOD BLESS YOU AND KEEP YOU UNTIL WE SEE YOU AGAIN. From your #1 and #2 Grandsons, Brad and Justin
