Charlene Owens McNaughton

Alma Charlene Owens McNaughton, age 71, of Union Point, GA died Friday, November 20, 2009 at her residence. Born in Hodgenville, Kentucky on August 2, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Charles Houston Owens and Evelyn Ann Thomas. Charlene was a graduate of Male High School in Louisville, KY and Texas Christian University. She was a homemaker and a member of Grace Fellowship of Greensboro.

She is survived by her husband, James Henry Moore of Union Point, GA; children, Cynthia Ann Moore and husband Terry of Union Point, GA and Doug McNaughton and wife Melanie of Milton, GA; step children, Gary Moore and wife Hilda, Kimberly Prevallet and husband Steve, Marty Moore, Charles Lee Walker and wife Samantha, Melissa Crass and husband Casey and Helen Szobo; grandchildren, Mitchell McNaughton, Matthew McNaughton, Christian La Pierre and wife Candice, Bob La Pierre and wife Amy, Jamie La Pierre, James Moore, Zoe Moore, Ali Moore, Stephen Moore, Lakyn Prevallet, Lane Prevallet, Spencer Prevallet, Anna Bell Walker, Ethan Walker, Samuel Walker, Ragan Crass and Addison Crass; great grandchildren, Chase Le Pierre, Emily La Pierre, Bobby La Pierre and Ryan La Pierre; and many other relatives and friends.

Memorial Services will be held on Monday, November 23, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. at Grace Fellowship, 1971 S. Main Street, Greensboro, GA 30642 with Dr. Jimmy Long officiating. McCommons Funeral Home, 109 W.
